An email will be sent 2 days after purchasing a Discovery Set with a unique voucher code that can be used towards a purchase of any 50ml or 100ml fragrance. Discovery Set Vouchers are not redeemable in store.

Gift Cards purchased on konkafragrances.com can only be used towards online orders and are not redeemable in stores.

KONKA Fragrances will happily accept returns due to a change of mind, as long as a request to return is received within 14 days of receipt of the item and the items are returned to us in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Return shipping will be paid by the customer, and they will be responsible for arranging their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed as store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you via email once this process is completed. KONKA Fragrances will refund the value of the goods returned but will not refund the value of any shipping paid.
